Highlights From The Level Up Leadership Workshop | 22.01.2020

The People Development Consultants’ Level Up Leadership Workshop, held in Kingston, Jamaica on January 22, brought together a diverse array of attendees as participants in an immersive and intensive leadership development experience.

This workshop, as the first in my public Level Up series, endeavoured to better equip the attending Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers who had been operating without the requisite training to embrace their roles, practice effective communication, increase engagement, strengthen relationships and gain higher levels of productivity among their teams. They walked away with new found skills and a fresh outlook on these tremendously important leadership topics.

There is no doubt that strong and effective Leaders are essential for the growth and success of any organization. It is therefore, mission critical for Leaders as well as aspiring or potential leaders to be given opportunities to develop the necessary skills to help them to effectively lead the workforce, improve the organization’s culture, increase staff engagement, and improve productivity and profitability.

This is why leadership development programmes like these are more important than ever. It provides the platform for Leaders to learn and implement new strategies to help their companies grow.

Level Up Series
